Safety constraints:

5. Return a concise markdown report. The wrapper writes it to `_reports/akela_meta_short/v21_majors_rank/ai_worker_latest.md`.

Working thesis:

- Profitability likely needs a balance between volatility and liquidity.
- Large coins may have lower gross edge but far lower execution drag.
- Small coins may have higher backtest edge but can be killed by spread/slippage.
- Prefer candidates where V21 survives passive-spread p95 sensitivity and margin calls remain zero.
